You spoke. We listened.
Kickbox now has the capability to add multiple users to an account and to monitor multiple accounts from a single dashboard, allowing for a more flexible verification platform that can be adopted across any organization.
To help you verify across your organization, Kickbox now has two options for collaboration:
- Team Accounts
Option 1: Team Accounts
What are Team Accounts?
The team account functionality allows all Kickbox users to add multiple users to their account, making for a more flexible and collaborative platform that can be adopted across an organization to improve email data hygiene.
Previously, Kickbox accounts could only be associated with a single user, leaving an organization to create separate, siloed accounts or share login credentials with other team members.
Now, Kickbox users can leverage both multi-user collaboration and multi-account monitoring to verify across multiple business units while maintaining privacy and security requirements.
What do Team Accounts allow me to do?
Team Accounts allow you to share credits, access your team members’ lists, monitor account usage, and share your API and apps throughout your organization.
✅ Incorporate easier onboarding
✅ Allow flexible oversight over your team or clients’ email data
✅ Ensure data is not lost with turnover
✅ Make billing easier than ever
Who are Team Accounts for?
The multi-user Team Accounts function would work best for organizations that need to manage email data quality in an efficient and transparent way among different job roles or business units. For example, teams who want to share insights into their email data, share verification credits, or collaborate with developers or accounts payable.
The default roles and associated permissions within the Kickbox Team Accounts function include:
Verify, upload, download, and monitor email lists only
Same as verifier with ability to create and manage API keys for point-of-capture verification
Ability to view users and manage billing settings for an account only
All verifying, API key, billing, and user management functions.
How do I get started with Team Accounts?
The Team Accounts function is available to all Kickbox users. To get started, navigate to your Kickbox settings and start inviting team members to your account.
Inviting team members to your account

Option 2: Organizations

Who is Organizations for?
- Invite subsidiary brands or business units to operate under one master agreement with Kickbox
- Allow purchasing and credit allocation to be done from a higher level to streamline the purchasing process.
Agencies & Consultants
- Refer clients to Kickbox & see their onboarding status without back-and-forth emails
- Provide additional value to clients by consulting them on their email data quality while allowing those clients to use Kickbox autonomously
