Kickbox just got a major upgrade! Starting today, all new and existing Kickbox accounts include access to our full suite of deliverability monitoring tools. In addition to email verification, you now have more tools to help you reach the inbox and alert you of potential deliverability issues.
As mailbox providers roll out more stringent email privacy policies, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to analyze and track email performance. Marketers can no longer rely on vanity metrics alone (like opens). That’s why we’re so excited to offer you new ways to measure the effectiveness of your email campaigns.
Here is a rundown of the new tools and what they do:
While it is possible to know whether your email was delivered or not, sending platforms and mailbox providers do not provide further detail about where specifically the email was delivered within your subscriber’s mail client.
With Kickbox’s new Inbox Placement tool, you will be able to test emails to see where they are landing. Either in Inbox, Spam, Not Received, or Other by domain like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.
Being blocklisted on certain lists can be extremely damaging to your email program, potentially stopping it altogether. With this new tool, you will be able to check both your domain and your IP address for blocklistings so that you can act quickly to resolve any issues.
If you are listed, you can get information from the listing organization on how to get delisted.
Additionally, you can set real-time alerts to notify you immediately if you are found on a blocklist.
Another way to maximize email deliverability is by testing your emails before sending. This can be done in a couple of ways now with Kickbox Precheck.
One way Kickbox allows you to pre-check your emails is through spam filter testing. This ensures your email does not include spam triggers like broken or spammy links, spammy wording, or domain issues.
In addition, Precheck allows you to preview the design of your emails by rendering previews across over 90 email clients, including Dark Mode. This can help your emails look sharp no matter what device or client your subscribers use, delivering a more positive and consistent brand experience.
To help you protect your reputation and your subscribers, you can now monitor your authentication protocols within Kickbox with DMARC Monitoring. This new tool helps you track authentication failures, identify suspicious activities, and set custom real-time alerts to be notified if issues arise.
Ready to get started using the new tools? In addition to email verification, all Kickbox accounts now include two blocklist monitors (one domain and one IP), one inbox placement test, one Precheck, and DMARC monitoring for one domain for one team member.
