This study conducted by Ascend2 for Aptitude 8 compares the two big CRM stacks, HubSpot and Salesforce. The research found that HubSpot comes out on top in many areas, including ease of use and the number of people needed to support their CRM/sales and marketing tools. When evaluating a potential new CRM solution, features/functionality and ease of use were prioritized. HubSpot was also found to be faster to implement than Salesforce. In terms of expenses, HubSpot users are spending less than $2,000/month ($24k/year) to $30,000/month ($360k/year) while Salesforce users are spending between $2,000/month ($24k/year) to $20,000/month ($240k/year).
