Every year, there are articles and webinars put out by companies in the email space about predictions for email trends for the following year. I’ve been asked to contribute to these before, and honestly… I never know what to say, and usually decline. The thing that’s great about email is its flexibility. Sometimes shiny email tools may not be what you need or want right now, but they may be later.
