Next up is the fact marketers can use mobile devices to instantly target time-sensitive consumers with offers. Then there’s doing more with less – like designing intentionally plain emails to combat rising adblocker use – and using email to make customers feel part of a community. Email can help with lead generation too, by supplying valuable data, and finally, video in email is making a comeback (although bear in mind some platforms may not support it).
