ActiveCampaign is taking a big leap forward to recognize and celebrate women’s history month in 2023. The company will be hosting a conference in Chicago in honour of Women’s History Month. The conference will feature keynote speakers and diverse workshops to cultivate discussions and learning opportunities. ActiveCampaign wants this conference to embody the growth of women in the technology industry, leading and empowering women to break the traditional boundaries of the gender gap. Current statistics show women in technology are making an average of 80 cents to every dollar earned by their male counterpart, and only 25% of computing roles are held by women. ActiveCampaign is taking steps forward to change that narrative and show appreciation for the achievements made by women in technology.
