The latest version of email security firm Halon’s software, Halon 5.12, has been developed to provide faster content delivery for companies. Faster delivery is an increasingly important concern for firms, with the impact of email delivery time on sales and communication making it a priority. Halon 5.12 uses the HiRedis in-memory data structure store to save and search message data quickly. The new features also include support for recipient limits, allowing administrators to limit the number of emails that can be sent from a single account per hour. The update also includes stronger email security, the ability to create API tokens for remote access, and an array of custom variables to help track user data.
