Constant Contact, a marketing automation platform, has launched an AI-powered marketing tool that aims to boost users’ conversion rates by up to 22%. The system, called “Conversion Pop-Up Forms,” uses machine learning to prompt website visitors with tailored CTAs (call-to-actions) that adjust to their behavior. The system can also make A/B testing recommendations, offer customizable themes and templates, and allow for real-time reporting of campaign success. Constant Contact’s VP of product and engineering said the addition “is just the beginning of our exploration of the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in our platform.”
