Marketing automation platform Maropost has been recognized as one of the top tech companies that are driving change for brands and retailers, according to a report from Retail Insider and Funding Circle. Maropost’s platform helps its clients engage with their customers by creating personalized marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The Canadian firm raised CAD25m ($19.25m) in a funding round in May, it’s first since it was founded in 2011, and is used by 10% of internet retailers, according to its CEO, Ross Andrew Paquette. Retail Insider and Funding Circle chose firms that were “disrupting business as usual” in retail and helping companies to integrate online and offline businesses.
