ActiveCampaign, the customer experience automation firm, has unveiled its new suite of sales automation features, which it says will take the platform beyond traditional marketing automation. The tools aim to facilitate the creation of different sales processes for multiple teams and channels and unify them across the sales funnel. Among the features is a new automation map that visually represents the automated sales workflows. It also features a sales automation library that provides pre-built automation templates that are designed for a range of different sales roles. The firm said the ability to automate sales “is no longer a luxury, it’s a requirement.” The sales automation suite will be made available to ActiveCampaign users throughout 2023.
